Yes, the fee is $20.

Will you check my credit during the application process?
Yes, we check credit on all applicants.

Do you allow pets?
Pets under 25 lbs. are permitted; however, a $200 non-refundable fee is required.

Do you allow Section 8 housing?
We do not

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $200.

Are washer/dryer hookups available?
All of our apartment communities except for Gallant Place have washer/dryer hookups.
