Gallant Place, Pepper Ridge, and the Yorkshire: these Thomasson Commercial Realty properties are all located in the York County area. Because Thomasson’s focus is on people who are getting their start in the working world, these apartment homes are affordable – they have been called the best value for your hard-earned dollar.

Thomasson Realty apartment complexes are furnished with a swimming pool, cable TV, water, washer/dryer hookups, onsite Laundromats, a clubhouse, and convenient tenant parking. Some complexes also include tennis courts and an exercise room. Pets are allowed for a fee, as long as they weigh 25 lbs or less.  Each property has its own onsite residential manager. These properties have been well built to start with, but if there’s ever a problem, the maintenance staff is available to fix it 24 hours a day. Thomasson Realty maintenance staff members take pride in their work, so you can take pride in your apartment.

PEPPER RIDGE
The newest addition to the Thomasson Realty residential properties, Pepper Ridge Apartments made their debut in July of 1997. Located only half a mile from I-77, Pepper Ridge is convenient to just about anywhere you need to go. One, two or three bedroom apartments are available, with all the amenities of an upscale residential community at a reasonable price.

Like all Thomasson Realty apartments, Pepper Ridge has an onsite coin-operated Laundromat and its own onsite residential manager available 24 hours a day. Apartments are furnished with washer/dryer hookups. Residents enjoy a pool and fitness room on the premises. A clubhouse is available for tenants to rent for parties and special events.

YORKSHIRE
Yorkshire Apartments are nestled in the heart of Rock Hill, convenient to both Winthrop University and downtown. One, two and three bedroom apartments are available. These apartments will appeal to a wide variety of potential tenants not only for their excellent location, but also for their diverse array of amenities.

Like all Thomasson Realty apartments, Yorkshire has its own onsite residential manager available 24 hours a day and an onsite coin-operated Laundromat. Residents who have their own washer and dryer can take advantage of the washer/dryer connections that are furnished in the apartments. Yorkshire Apartments have a swimming pool and onsite tennis and basketball courts.

GALLANT PLACE
The only non-Thomasson-built apartments that Thomasson Realty offers, Gallant Place Apartments are located three miles off I-77 between Cherry and Celanese Roads. These apartments, built in 1968, are just as good today as they were when brand new. One and two bedroom apartments are available.
